MODULAR, COMPONENTISED ARCHITECTURE


imagePROFILE is build on a modularised and componentised architecture that puts flexibility, scalability and configurability at the forefront.

Every imagePROFILE implementation can be tailored to each client’s exact requirements, to match their work practices, terminology, business rules, processes, systems and functional needs.

Modules are designed with plug-and-play functionality, enabling them to be deployed as and when required, to meet changing business needs.

The functionality of every module can be customised, and if required, extended to meet particular requirements though pre-build or fully customised plugins.

DOCUMENT CAPTURE


Scan

High throughput, scannning, QA, and metadata capture using device and document profiling.

ScanStation

ScanStation enables a number of remotely attached Scan workstations to capture documents. It manages fail-safe, error free forwarding, and efficient transmission of documents to a central store.

FaxStation

Allows documents to be received from common facsimile devices.

MFDStation

Allows capture of documents from multiple multi-function devices (MFD). 

eMailStation

Receive documents sent as email attachments (SMTP, POP, IMAP).

ImportStation

Import document types from any source.

Cabinet

Capture, and organise any electronic (e.g. word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, pdf) and paper-based documents into logically organised cabinets and folder structures.

DOCUMENT PROCESSING


FormsProcessor

Processes captured documents, reading and validating data fields according to templates that define zones, validation and processing rules for forms.  Includes FormsDesigner for graphically designing templates by example.

DocRegistrar

Manages the registration, certification and storage of all received documents.

IFP

Intelligent Forms Processor (IFP) processing uses intelligent rules processing to validate and verify test requisition data.  If operator intervention is required, the operator is guided through the process of verification.

HUDE

Head Up Data Entry (HUDE) manages and organises a paper-less data entry process by for teams spread across multiple sites and locations.

DocQA

Allows operators to quality assure recieved documents, to manage and adjust view quality and correct meta data that fails validation.

DOCUMENT ACCESS


Enquiry

Optimised enquiry-based search and retrieval of documents based on definable search criteria. Supports "pinning" of documents to be viewed as a single logical document based on metadata rules. One-touch and no-touch connection to external systems such as LIS.   

Cabinet

Store and access any type of electronic document (e.g. Word Processing, Spreadsheets, graphics, PDF) or paper-based documents using a logical filing cabinet and folder stucture.  Search and retrieve documents via definable metadata.

VIRTUAL DOCUMENTS


iPVDS

The imagePROFILE Virtual Document Server (iPVDS) creates formatted PDF documents from form and meta data merged into form and document templates that are designed through a graphical template designer. The iPVDS can transform data received in a message or data object (e.g. HL7, ASTM, XDS.b, XML, JSON) and translate it into a well-presented, formatted document. Documents created may be registered to imagePROFILE or forwarded to external systems.

PROCESS, DOCUMENT & SYSTEM MANAGEMENT


DashStudio

Allows the design and creation customised dashboards using a WYSIWIG graphical designer.  Through the studio, dashboards may be published and and shared by selected audiences.

DocManager

Controls the creation of certified documents, document life cycle management, and audited control of document deletion and meta data modification.

iPCentral

Central management and control of imagePROFILE configuration, business rules and settings.  Allows cascading of settings to groups and users. Define processing and definition rules for document types.  Centrally monitor imagePROFILE services.

DOCUMENT & DATA EXCHANGE, SYSTEMS INTEGRATION


crossTORQ

imagePROFILE is fully integrated with crossTORQ which can interchange data and documents with external systems, instruments or other healthcare providers using healthcare standards such as HL7, XDS.b, FHIR and ASTM. Communication with proprietry devices and systems can also be supported.

iPIT

The imagePROFILE Integration Toolkit provides integration methods and services, including a powerful API set that may be used by developers to create tightly couple integration points with external systems.
